You can expect a follow up call from Stacey Rinaldi within two business days. She will issue you a Professional Partner Code, gather a bit more information about where you want your referral pointed (charity or personal) and answer any additional questions you might have about the program. They will also drop off marketing material with your Partner Code (for example, PC0000) and discount coupons for you to freely give out to family, friends and colleagues.

To clarify the process. When ordering a box of organic produce each of your referred clients will enter your Professional Partner Code into the order form (clearly marked) and your totals will be tallied in our system. Funds will be issued to you or the charity of your choice on a quarterly basis.

Using our Partner Self Service functionality you can go into our system and monitor the amounts that are accumulating under your code.

OrganicFoodDelivery.com (OFD) Professional Partner Terms and Conditions

The following are the basic terms and conditions that pertain to the Professional Partnership that is being undertaken between OrganicFoodDelivery.com and the partner organization.

Assumptions Regarding Our Services Agreement

1. This is a best efforts agreement with respect to becoming professional “partners” (In this agreement “partner’s” is not a legal term but simply recognizes that we are working together in mutually beneficial ways)
2. Services and expectations comprise the following:

i. OrganicFoodDelivery.com will supply home delivered organic produce and non-perishables to the partner's clients at an agreed upon discount.
ii. OrganicFoodDelivery.com will supply marketing material and include the partner in OFD social media efforts (Web Page, Twitter, Face Book, Blogging) that are of interest to the partner.
iii. The partner agrees to actively and regularly promote OFD products to their clients as part of their health and wellness strategy.
iv. The partner will receive a residual “fee” for each individual box sold to a client or have 1% of total sales directed as a charitable donation to the Daily Bread Food Bank or ONEPERCENTFORTHEPLANET.ORG.

3. Either party may cancel this agreement verbally or in writing to the second party for any reason at any time.
4. Nothing contained in this agreement shall be interpreted or construed to prohibit or limit the right of either partner to provide similar services to other companies.

Miscellaneous

1. Neither partner nor OrganicFoodDelivery.com shall be considered in default or be liable to the other party for any delay in performance of the terms of this agreement.
2. In the conduct of its business and performance of its obligations the partner and OrganicFoodDelivery.com shall each observe and comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining to their distinct industries.
3. This agreement cannot be assigned to any other party without the express written consent of the other party.
4. We agree, to the best of our abilities and intentions to fulfill the agreements discussed and outlined above. We agree that this is a best efforts agreement meant to foster a strong and positive relationship between our organizations.
5. Prior to using the OrganicFoodDelivery.com logo or marketing materials on any site not belonging to OrganicFoodDelivery, you must receive approval by OrganicFoodDelivery.com. (simply send an email to customerservice@organicfooddelivery.com with your request and we will reply within 2 working days)
6. Partners have unlimited access to the Partner Self Service module to view account balances and to manage their accounts.
7. Donations and residual payments are made quarterly at a minimum of $100.
8. Any original content provided to OrganicFoodDelivery.com for the purpose of our blog, or recipe pages will have the partner name clearly placed in our effort to cross promote the relationship
