Steps to Receiving Your Box
Create an account profile. Existing customers sign in with user name and password
Choose your box size, type, delivery frequency and preferred time of delivery (3 hr range). In this step you can also choose your top 5 likes and dislikes from our list of available produce items.
Fill in your contact and payment information. Once complete you will receive a confirmation email thanking you for registering with Organic Food Delivery.
Step 4: CUSTOMIZATION EXPERIENCE
On Thursday of each week you will receive an email giving you the option to customize your order for the following week. Customization needs to be completed by Sunday at 11:59pm.
This is a very quick and easy step that gives you a chance to make final adjustments to your box and select from any additional produce options or select from our catalogue of organic dry goods, gluten-free and vegan products.
Once you have completed customizing your box, you will receive 2 confirmation emails within minutes that provide you with an order confirmation and an invoice.
If you choose not to customize your box or don’t have time that week, no problem, we will process your order taking into account the likes and dislikes you identified in Step 2.
Afterwards sit back and wait for your delivery – Enjoy!
In an effort to make your shopping experience quicker and more convenient we’ve added Standing Order functionality to the list of great things we do. If you want any of our catalogue items (Milk, Yogurt, Eggs, etc) on every delivery, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 416.514.1441 and tell us what you would like on your list. After you customize your box, you will see these items added to your shopping cart automatically. By adding items to your standing order list we’ll also give you 10% off those items for as long as you remain a customer. How great is that?
